Tesserie is currently an early-stage product concept. Website previews, timelines and sample records are illustrations of an intended experience, not a live medical record service or a promise that a particular feature is available.

No medical relationship

Using this website or joining early access does not create a clinician-patient relationship. Tesserie does not provide diagnosis, treatment recommendations, emergency services or medical monitoring. Do not delay care or disregard professional advice because of information on this website.

Waitlist use

Submit only an email address that you are authorized to use. Do not submit medical records or sensitive health information through the waitlist. Joining does not guarantee access, a launch date or availability in a particular location.

Email accounts

Use an email address you control, verify it when asked, and keep your password private. Accounts currently provide sign-in and email verification only. They do not provide medical-document storage or guaranteed future product access. Do not submit health information. Account creation does not subscribe you to product emails or enroll you in research.

Research is not bundled with access

The waitlist and these terms are not research consent. Any future research opportunity will be presented separately with information needed to make an informed choice.

Acceptable use

• Do not submit another person’s information without permission.
• Do not use the website for unlawful, deceptive or abusive activity.
